  • Directly from you during contract signing, claim processing, via applications, emails, calls and similar activities;
  • From insurance intermediaries, premium payers, claimants, and car rental providers;
  • In cases where it is necessary for us to investigate and identify an insurance event, or to calculate insurance compensation, we may request your personal data from other public or private sources, such as public registers and law enforcement authorities;

  • Parties with whom we cooperate for the performance of an insurance contract, such as insurance intermediaries, but only to the extent necessary to provide you with insurance services;

How long do we retain your personal data?

We process your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the specific purpose of the data processing. The retention period depends on the concluded insurance contract and applicable legal requirements. For example, we retain personal data to be able to demonstrate the fulfillment of obligations, taking into account the limitation period, but for no longer than 10 years.

Is the processing of your personal data related to automated decision-making?

Your personal data may be subject to automated processing when we assess the likelihood of an insurance risk occurring and calculate the amount of the payable insurance premium.
