This insurance covers the rental company’s damage excess, associated fees, and other costs resulting from a car accident or damage to the rental vehicle.

Damage, theft, vandalism, hit-and-run damage caused by an unidentified third party

Windows, mirrors, lamps, wheels, tires

Bodywork, underbody, roof, and mechanical damage caused by an accident or collision

Roadside assistance, towing, and taxi expenses

Lost keys and lockout fees

Misfuelling-related costs

Administrative fees related to handling the damage

Immobilization charges (loss of rental income while the vehicle is being repaired)

Insured amount

The maximum coverage limit is €3,000 per insurance contract, including any applicable fees or currency exchange costs.

Third-party liability

Loss, damage, or theft of personal possessions, valuables, rental vehicle documentation or any extra equipment

Cleaning costs or damage to the car's interior

Unforeseeable or uncontrollable events such as war, revolution, terrorism, strikes, as well as natural disasters such as hail, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.

Damages that occurred if you did not comply with the terms of your rental agreement, caused by your gross negligence or malicious intent

Hotel or other out-of-pocket expenses not directly related to the insured event

Legal, litigation, or collection costs

Reimbursement for unused rental days, losses related to a no-show

Coverage does not apply to damages or losses that occurred outside the coverage period specified in the insurance policy.

Insurance claims cannot exceed the Insured amount.

Your name must appear on the rental agreement. Other drivers listed in the rental agreement are also covered.

You are covered in the countries or regions where the use of the rental vehicle is permitted under your rental agreement.

You must provide accurate and complete information when concluding the contract, as well as when submitting a claim.

You must comply with all terms of the rental agreement.

You must notify the police if a third party is involved in the accident or if required by the rental agreement.

You must inform us of any event that might lead to a claim as soon as possible, and not later than 28 days from returning the rental vehicle.

You pay a single insurance premium. The payment will be charged using the same method you used to complete your car rental booking.

You are covered for the period shown in your insurance policy, starting when you pick up the rental vehicle and ending when you return it, as stated in your rental agreement.

You can cancel the insurance at any time before collecting your rental vehicle by contacting the company through which you purchased the insurance.
